What is Virgin hair?
Our virgin hair is high quality 100% human hair and comes in natural colour, chemical free and unprocessed.
Does the hair shed?
Very minimal shedding to no shedding. Any hair that has been manufacture to be stitched on a weft will experience minimum shedding which is very much normal. After washing the hair twice you should notice no shedding. Heat damage, over processing or lack of moisture and conditioner will cause shedding, so make sure you apply heat protectant before applying heat to the hair. Always let a qualified professional color your extensions and shampoo & condition once a week.
Does the Hair Tangle? Initially it does not tangle. The hair will begin to tangle dry if it needs to be shampooed and deep conditioned.
How long does the hair last?
Virgin human hair, is of luxury quality It can last 2 years + when looked after amazingly. Treat the hair like you would your own when in use, with regular washes, deep conditioning and not overloading on products.
How can I make the most of the hair?
Washing and conditioning every 1-2 weeks using sulphate free products, using heat protector before applying heat and applying a tiny amount of serum occasionally mainly when the hair becomes dry.
How many bundles do I need?
We recommend:
Lengths 14-16" 2 bundles or more.
Lengths 18-24" 3 bundles or more.
Lengths 26-30" 4 bundles or more.
Lengths 30" and up 5 bundles or more.
Can I straighten curly/wavy hair?
Yes our hair can be straightened and curled and returns back to its natural state when contacted with water. The body wave texture only has a slight wave pattern so after heat has been applied it will be trained to stay straight and the pattern will not come back.
Can I dye the hair?
Adoraluxehair is 100% virgin human hair therefore it can be bleached and dyed to a variety of colours. We strongly recommend that a colour specialist colour it for you.
Do you offer refunds/exchange?
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT currently offer refunds/exchanges. In the rare case that you have received a damage wig, we will replace it at no cost.
If I don’t like the wig I buy, can I return it?
We offer a no return/refund policy.
How long does it take for me to receive my ready made wig order after it is placed?
Please allow extra time (3-5days) for ready made units to be custom made and processed. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping email stating order has been shipped which will take 3-5 working days for you receive your wig from the day the email was sent.
I want to purchase a ready made wig but there’s no option of choosing my cap size, how do I provide my cap size?
Please make sure you state your cap size at checkout and add in the comment section your cap size.
How do I know my cap size?
Measure around the circumference of your head with a plastic measuring tape(inches) and it will give you the number of your cap size. If your .5 of a number, size up.
Small- 21”
Medium 22”
Large- 23”
How long does it take to recieve my bundles or lace? 3-5 working days
I tracked my package but it’s not a delivery date, do you know when I will get it?
Once you recieve your tracking details your package is a no longer in our possession. For information regarding the whereabouts of your package you need to contact the courier, unfortunately we don’t work for them so we would be unable to know.
What if the courier loses my parcel?
In a very rare case that your parcel is lost we are not responsible or liable for any lost packages by the courier, you would need to contact the local courier to locate your package.
I ordered a wax stick and I recieved my product but the hair wasn’t in the package ? Please note our hair products are shipped by Royal Mail and hair orders are shipped by FedEx. They will be shipped in two different packages, you will recieve the products first.
How long do you take to reply to Emails?
Please allow 2-4 days for a response, if you still haven’t received one please resend it.
